Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Sell ​​our business service skillfully and ethically to generate new and repeated business activities.
  • Answer questions about hospital and its services.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, acquisition of more business through research and reputation (closing collaborations with hairdressers etc.)
  • Generate a targeted number of calls per week with a number of sales per week
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales / customer service role,
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone,
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs,
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to prospects,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection,
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complains,
  • Integrity, positive attitude, honesty and proactive,
  • Self-motivated, punctual and reliable,
  • Customer service oriented, targets / results oriented.
  • Financially motivated to do well and close contracts.

 

Job Type: Experience:
Full-time Call center: 1year (Preferred)
5.5 days a week Sales: 1year (Preferred)
  Worked before in hair transplant clinic (Preferred)

 

Location: Language:
Tirana, Albania. English (Mandatory)
Possibility to move in London or Istanbul in the future. Italian (Mandatory)
  Third Language (Preferred)
