Senior Account Manager
Job duties:
- Provide professional level of support and build business relationship with clients
- Communicate with the clients daily
- Identify sales opportunities and presenting an all-inclusive solution to our clients
- Maintaining high level of user satisfaction with no significant quality issues
- Implementing proven sales techniques to build relationships with clients, retain them and exceed client care commitments
- Following operational procedures in every contact with the client.

- Excellent communication skills
- Patience and ability to connect with clients
- Fluency in English (Native)
- Sales-Minded work approach
- Strong client and service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
