About the Role:
Xiaomi is looking for a dedicated and proactive Merchandiser to join their team in Tirana. This role requires the ability to maintain brand standards and drive product visibility in retail outlets. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial part in enhancing Xiaomi's presence and ensuring that customers have access to high-quality displays and product information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the assigned route plan provided by the supervisor, ensuring effective merchandising.
• Maintain product displays at all visited counters to meet brand standards.
• Report daily data collected from the field in a timely manner.
• Provide basic training to shop owners on product features, updates, and key selling points.
• Negotiate and secure optimal product placements and maintain existing display locations as needed.
• Merchandise products to enhance visibility and appeal.
• Ensure availability of Point of Purchase (POP) materials at shops and coordinate with the supervisor for any additional requirements.
• Deliver and implement branding materials and collateral at assigned shops as directed.
• Collect required data from each shop accurately and systematically.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and work independently.
• Proactive and able to complete tasks under minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work in different locations and handle various tasks.
