Business Development Manager (m/f)
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing all business operations within the country, with full responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and service quality
• Driving business development and market expansion in line with DEKRA Arbeit Group strategy
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Leading, developing, and managing internal team to achieve strategic business objectives
• Monitoring business performance against defined targets and KPIs, and preparing regular management reports
• Representing DEKRA Arbeit in the market and ensuring full compliance with Group policies, procedures, and local regulations
Requirements:
• University degree with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Mandatory previous experience in a recruitment, staffing, or employment agency, ideally in a senior business development, sales, or management role
• Proven track record of driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and managing key accounts within the HR services industry
• Experience in leading, developing, and motivating teams to achieve commercial and operational targets
• Solid business acumen with the ability to manage financial performance, budgets, and KPI-driven operations
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-oriented leadership style
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
